Product Info
As snowboarders grow up and have kid’s some of them end up working for Burton. With that in mind, Burton designs all of their kid’s gear with both the little ones and parents in mind with the help of the parents who work for Burton. The Smalls BOA® boot is no exception to this ethos. Built to be an easy on and off experience for both the parents and kiddos, but more supportive than the Grom Boa® for the growing kiddo. A single BOA® makes this boot a simple operation even with gloves on. The Smalls BOA® boot comes in a size range from 4K to 7K and built with Burton’s Kids Imprint™ Liner. So whether you are working towards your little groms first turns or just stomping around in the snow for smiles and giggles, the Smalls BOA® is there for everyone.

Flex
Softer-flexing boots allow for more movement, which provides a more relaxed feel and ride. Less rigidity makes learning easier and less punishing when you make a mistake.
Single Zone BOA
BOA® Fit System uses an inner spool to route the laces for a snug fit and easy lace adjustment with the simple twist of a dial.
Kids Imprint™ Liner w/ Integrated Lacing
A removable, and heat-moldable, liner with integrated lacing. Comes with inner lace lock and stretchy Feetbelt trap to tighten down the liner.
Underfoot Sleeping Bag Reflective Foil
A low-profile and lightweight underfoot shield reflects heat back up to the feet. Great for cold conditions and improved comfort.
DynoLITE Outsole
DynoLITE outsole with size indicator offers superior cushioning, improved board feel, and consistent support in a 20% lighter weight construction that can withstand repeated impacts.
Fitting Your Boots
– To properly assess the fit of any boot you must lace or buckle it completely. The boot will feel small until you do this because your toes will be pushed to the front until laced or buckled. Also, keep in mind all boot liners stretch out and get bigger.
– First, lace or buckle the boot loosely. Next, flex into the boot to drive your heel into the heel pocket. Doing this makes room for your toes. Lastly, finish lacing or buckling the boot in a flexed position.
– Be sure to wear the boots for at least 10 minutes fully laced or buckled before making a determination. Remember these boots are not made for walking, keep your knees slightly bent and flexed forward into riding position. When doing this your heels should be pushed into the back of the boot and your toes should be comfortable.
– You should wear the thinnest sock you are comfortable with. Blood flow is the number one thing that keeps your feet warm. Adding more material around your feet with thicker socks increases the chances of reducing blood flow.
– To help your foot sit properly in your boot, you may consider an aftermarket footbed like Superfeet® or Sidas®. A footbed with arch support, not just cushion, helps align your foot in the shell and alleviates pressure points. Footbeds should be sized to your arch height and length, not your shoe size.
– Spend some time choosing your boots, they are the most important piece of your gear!
