Berg's Bus Tickets are available for purchase the Saturday prior to departure.
We are running a bus on Saturdays to Willamette Pass or Hoodoo Ski Resort through March 8th, 2025!
**Riders must be 16 years or older if riding without a parent or legal guardian**

Cancellations & Refunds
- Any cancellations that occur within 24 hours of departure time will NOT be refunded.
- Any bookings made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your ticket(s) prior to 24 hours of departure, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed. A separate email will be sent to you once you've been refunded.
- Tickets cannot be rescheduled. You must cancel, then make a new booking for your desired bus once it's available.
Additional Information
- CONTACT PHONE: When booking tickets, please provide the phone number that is best to contact you AT THE RESORT
- The NAME & PHONE NUMBER the ticket is booked under MUST match the person riding. If you are booking a ticket(s) for other people, the ticket MUST be booked under THEIR NAME & PHONE
- LIFT TICKETS: If you purchase a lift ticket to Hoodoo, it will be issued upon arrival to the resort. For Willamette Pass, tickets will be activated at Berg's PRIOR to departure in the morning.
- RENTALS: If you rent equipment from Berg's, we will NOT be holding it at the shop overnight. We will be accepting rental returns when the bus arrives back at Berg's in the evening.
- During boarding time at Berg's we will have a door open for riders to wait inside and use the restroom if needed. The shop will NOT be open for retail shopping, rentals or waxing.
- Each bus will be accompanied by 2 chaperones that will be there throughout the day.
- Bus tickets will open for purchase each Saturday and remain open until Saturday morning OR until the bus fills up.
