Shipping Information


Best Practices for Online Orders

  • Please provide a shipping address that is safe and secure for your package to be delivered.
  • Consider having your order shipped to a business or residence where someone will be there to accept it
  • We highly recommend securing your item(s) with a signature confirmation, especially for larger ticket items, such as skis and snowboards.
  • Please provide a verified shipping address. If the shipping address provided cannot be verified, we will contact you.
  • Delivery estimates are based on orders placed by 12pm PST.
  • Delivery estimates are not a guarantee

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped with USPS or FedEx. The service used will depend on your location and the item(s) in your order.


International Shipping

Unfortunately, Berg’s does not ship internationally.


Shipping Estimates

USPS Ground Advantage – 2 to 5 business days
USPS Priority – 1 to 3 business days
USPS Parcel Select – 2 to 8 business days
FedEx Home Delivery (residential) – 1 to 5 business days within the continental United States, 3 to 7 business days for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii
FedEx Ground (business) – 1 to 5 business days within the continental United States, 3 to 7 business days for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii
FedEx 2-Day – 2 business days


Multiple Item Shipments

If your order consists of more than one large item, the items may be shipped separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment.


Shipping Addresses & Delivery

All orders must be shipped with a verified shipping address. Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address when orders are placed. Please choose a shipping address that is safe and secure for your package to be delivered to. If your order contains larger items and/or higher value items, we highly recommend securing your shipment delivery with a signature confirmation.


Lost Packages

Berg’s is not responsible for events that may occur once packages are no longer in our possession. Shipping delays and lost or stolen package inquiries must be resolved with the shipping service. If you have additional questions, please contact us.


Damaged Packages

All inquiries for damaged items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Damage inquiries are handled on a case by case basis and subject to our discretion.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If it makes life easier for you, please reach out to us via text or email and we are happy to email you a shipping label – the cost will be deducted from your return credit. For more information on returns, please see our Returns page.
