Berg's Ski Shop Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our success!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to Berg’s within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Because we are a small family-owned business, we simply do not have the infrastructure to provide free return shipping labels. If the customer would like us to, we are happy to send a quote and a return label via email, the cost of which will be deducted from their overall return.

To be eligible for a refund, products and packaging must be in original condition, unused, with all original materials and tags attached. Clothing returns require the original tags remain in place, and the garment must be clean and unwashed. The presence of pet hair, notable smoke odor, excessive wrinkling, or stains may compromise return eligibility. Boxes/packaging provided by the manufacturer (as associated with boots, bindings, accessories, etc.) must also be returned in new condition.

Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The facilitation of returns beyond 45 days will be at Berg’s discretion.

Items used (or otherwise not in new condition) may not be eligible for return or may be processed with an associated restocking fee. Items not in new condition will be processed at Berg’s discretion.

Items labeled or described as "FINAL SALE" are not accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process. This timeline may vary depending on your credit card processor and lending institution.

When making a return please:

• Include a copy of your order paperwork.
• Indicate the reason for your return. Especially if there is a defect in the product. We want to know!
• Specify whether you would like an exchange or refund.
