Product Info
The Roost is your go-to weapon when the mountain’s firing on all cylinders. With a tapered directional shape, precision camber, and a powder-hungry nose, this board is made to lay down deep carves, rip through fresh lines, and blast rooster tails on command. But don't let the floaty silhouette fool you—this thing holds its own when the storm clears and the groomers call. A multi-radius sidecut keeps your options wide open: lean into long, arcing carves at speed or snap quick, reactive turns when the terrain tightens up. The longer nose and setback stance keep you planing high in pow, while flat camber at the contact points smooths out the ride and adds that surfy looseness when you're slashing or stomping. Inside, the Roost packs a punch with a carbon and aramid fiber layup. Carbon delivers stiffness and lightning-fast response for powerful turns and stable landings, while aramid (Kevlar) soaks up chatter and impacts for a ride that’s aggressive, yet smooth. From waist-deep powder to windbuff and chopped-up leftovers, the Roost is ready to throw down wherever the lift drops you.
Type of terrain: All-Mountain, Groomers, Freeride
Ability level: Intermediate to advanced
We recommend this for:
The Roost is ideal for advanced rider (or possibly an intermediate who is advancing quickly) looking for more an aggressive all-mountain board. Whether digging trenches on groomers, stability at high speeds, or the steeper freeride lines in the trees.

Tapered directional shape
Directional shape is the classic snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while providing plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition. Slight taper loosens up turning initiation on the groomers for a smoother and easier ride without sacrificing edge hold on hardpack. This also improves floatation in deeper snow by reducing the surface area in the tail, allowing the tail to sink lower so the nose can rise above the pow for a surfier ride. This also helps to reduce back leg fatigue, so you can stay out longer on those perfect days.
Phocus Camber
A Camber bend that advocates powerful turns and poppy precision, offering snappy suspension with weight distributed evenly across the entire board for smooth, continuous edge control from tip to tail. Entry rocker causes the nose to lift while camber under both feet maintains momentum and stability through deep-driving turns and variable conditions. The perfect mix for ripping turns in the pow and digging trenches on the groomers.
Flex Rating
The Roost comes in a little on the stiff side making it ideal for riders tackling higher speed, more aggressive terrain, and bigger drops.
PowerCRV™ multi-radius sidecut
Multi-radius sidecuts are ideal for directional snowboards since you are not centered between the tip and tail. The Roost utilizes a three-zone approach. The tip and tail sidecut radii are bigger for a smoother entry and exit into your turn, while the radius between your feet is smaller allowing you to tighten up your turn for quicker maneuvering.
Forumula8TM Sintered base
Rather than melting polyethylene pellets together (extrusion), sintered bases are manufactured by crushing the pellets together under high pressure. This makes a sintered base more porous for maximum wax absorption, and more abrasion-resistant. In other words it makes the board faster and more durable!
SuperSnap GnarLEcore™ core
Poplar wood cores light, strong, and snappy. Strategically placed beech stringers and boost to the pop and are placed underneath the bindings to reduce board breaks at the binding line and increase insert retention.
Flylight Plus™
The glass strands are weaved together in three directions at 45°, 45°, and 0°. This allows for a softer flexing board for presses while maintaining strength, pop, and response needed for everything from mini to mega shred.
Booter Boosters™
A combination of carbon and aramid (Kevlar) fibers enhances a snowboard’s performance by blending power and dampening. Carbon fibers add stiffness, snap, and responsiveness, giving the board more energy return for pop and precision. Aramid fibers, known for their impact resistance and vibration absorption, help dampen chatter and smooth out the ride, especially in rough or variable snow. Together, they create a board that feels lively and aggressive, but still stable and forgiving when you need it—ideal for riders who want high performance without sacrificing control.
