Fase™ (Fast Entry System)

The AutoBack highback automatically closes around your boot as you step in and opens when you exit, streamlining the entry and exit process. FastStrap Ankle Strap allows for one-handed operation, this longer-than-average strap stays connected, allowing for smooth and quick adjustments. Locked-In Toe Strap keeps your toe straps securely in place during entry and exit, ensuring a consistent fit.

Auxtech®

A Rome first innovation, AuxTech® is a game changing pattern they use in their ankle and toe straps. Auxetic Patterns are geometric patterns that become thicker perpendicularly when stretched. Essentially a network of tiny hinges that expand evenly when pressure is applied. Best in the game surface area pressure distribution and connected comfort, that’s AuxTech®.

OmniFlex ankle straps

3 Toe Strap Positions

The Rome Multiple Toe Strap Positions feature (often integrated via Rome's adjustable baseplate channels or multi-position toe strap mount points) allows riders to custom-tune how their front strap engages the boot toe box. By offering three distinct positioning options along the side of the baseplate, this feature lets you set the toe strap to pull straight down over the top of the boot, wrap dynamically over the front of the toe cap, or sit in a hybrid position between the two.
