This is a great pair of pants for someone who gets cold easily, but can also get sweaty. The Dry.Q® fabric in the Firefall Insulated Pants begin breathing as soon as you put them on. Unlike other membranes that require more body heat to start working. Along with 60g, this jacket could be a great companion.

Dry.Q® fabric, like GORE-TEX®, is rated above the 25k waterproof scale around 30k-40k waterproof and breathability. The main difference between the two fabrics, is Dry.Q® begins being breathable as soon as you put it on. This differs from most other membranes that require a certain amount of body heat to be transmitted before becoming breathable.

Fit Tip: A roomier and more progressive fit. Relaxed styles might have a standard fit and a softer drape.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty states items original to their materials and workmanship are covered by the policy. Products that have been altered, modified, abused, misused, neglected or beyond normal wear and tear are not covered. Products that meet the warranty guidelines should be sent back to Mountain Hardwear for evaluation for possible repair or replacement. The warranty policy does state items damaged due to improper care or accident can be repaired for a reasonable rate. The Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical lifetime of the product. It will not transfer past original user and proof of purchase may be required if you submit a claim. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
