Technical Features

Directional Twin

Take a twin board and a directional board then split the difference. With a stance that is mildly setback from center that allows for easier float in the pow, but not so far back that you can still ride switch with ease, making this one of the most versatile options for a one board quiver.

Camber

Traditional camber profile with a little bit of early rise rocker and a medium amount of camber height.

Quadratic Sidecut

Blending of three radii to improve turn initiation/exit while providing the best grip possible. This design is uniquely formulated for each model based on its shape and riding style.

Skill Level

Because of the overall flex and feel of the Shadowban, we would put it just before the intermediate range. With its mellower flex and twin shape, it is friendly towards the person looking for their first board and will perform well for the rider well into the intermediate range and beyond.

The Shadaowban is on the right down the middle for flex. Capable, but not punishing.

High-end sintered 4000 Ptex base material that is more durable, harder and faster than extruded.

High strength Aspen is combined with Bamboo and lightweight Paulownia wood to provide the perfect balance of strong and light.

Carbon Array™ 3 Laminates

This power distribution technology provides total board control in every stance location. Widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Rider input is then channeled to the opposing contact point for maximum board control. Offered in two levels of technology, 3 & 5.

Double Impact Plate Laminates

Added underneath each binding area to improve compressive strength and prevent board breaks where it matters most.

Pre-Cured Glass Fiberglass

USA-made pre-cured fiberglass optimizes glass to resin ratios to create the most consistent flex pattern possible. No other glass provides this level of stability and control.

Stone Ground Base
