Warmth Rating

Thanks to 400g of HEATSEEKER™ insulation, this is one of The North Face’s warmest boots—built for frigid temps, extended snow exposure, and cold-weather adventures like snowshoeing or winter hiking.

Waterproof Rating

While boots aren't always rated exactly like jackets, the seam-sealed waterproof leather/suede upper and molded TPU shell provide protection roughly equivalent to a 10K waterproof rating.  This means: fully waterproof in snow, slush, puddles, and wet trails—suitable for sustained exposure to moisture.

HEATSEEKER™

HEATSEEKER™ is The North Face’s proprietary synthetic insulation designed to deliver lightweight warmth, even in wet conditions.
