The Dozer 2H is a two-in-one shovel featuring a hoe mode. Complete with a low-profile stompable blade, cored out handle, and ovo-concave shaft. This ultralight BCA shovel is built for those looking to travel fast and light. The blade is cored out to shave weight without sacrificing on strength. They also retained their tried-and-true low profile stompable blade and ovo-concave shaft. The BCA ovo-concave shovel shaft is the first of its kind. Designed to prevent breakage while prying. Inspired by the legendary D-2 EXT “Dozer” shovel, this groundbreaking oval design and added concave radius on both sides make it even stronger, without adding weight. Like a high-end lacrosse stick, this shape also enables better grip in the palm, reducing slippage while shoveling. All BCA extendable models are designed to meet the UIAA standard for avalanche rescue shovels.
