Gore® protective fabric guarantees weather protection and a RECCO® reflector offers an added level of security when going out into potential avalanche environments.

A passive reflector that does not require power or activation to function. When RECCO® radar passes over reflector, it echoes back and points search and rescue in the direction of the victim. The closer the detector gets to the reflector, the stronger the signal gets. RECCO® reflectors are designed to last a lifetime and if undamaged, will last forever.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty states items original to their materials and workmanship are covered by the policy. Products that have been altered, modified, abused, misused, neglected or beyond normal wear and tear are not covered. Products that meet the warranty guidelines should be sent back to Mountain Hardwear for evaluation for possible repair or replacement. The warranty policy does state items damaged due to improper care or accident can be repaired for a reasonable rate. The Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical lifetime of the product. It will not transfer past original user and proof of purchase may be required if you submit a claim. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
