The Arbor Formula has been a dependable beginner board on our wall here at Berg's since we started carrying it. We find that this is often the board a beginner needs to help get them to the next level. Whether you are buying it as your first board out of rentals or you finally decided to ditch the hand me down that's holding you back, the Formula may be just what you need. The forgiving flex will help initiate the turns while the System Camber & Grip Tech provide plenty of edge contact and grip to keep you stable through the turn, so you can finish strong and roll right into the your next turn. And with an affordable price and easy on the eyes graphic, it's clear why the Formula is one of the industry's best beginner boards to build a solid foundation as a rider.

Resort Mountain Twin
From contact point to contact point the nose and tail are mirrored from the center of the board in both shape and flex, but the nose is a little longer past the contact point to offer better weight distribution in softer snow. Twins of any kind allow you to ride in either direction a little easier. Ideal for freestyle minded riding and perfect for anyone, beginners included, to dial in riding switch for all mountain dominance.
System Camber (Parabolic Camber)
Arbor use a unique shaping technique that replaces the single radius arc found in traditional camber, with a more advanced parabolic profile. The design blends five separate radii to create a parabolic arc, which gradually reduces the amount of camber toward the tip and tail. In the System Camber shapes, the design makes the leading edge less aggressive for smoother performance. The System Camber shapes are for riders who want a highly responsive ride, crisp on-edge performance, and more pop for carving and ollies. Effortless true-camber performance across all types of snow, and during turns, spins, and landings.
A tri–radial sidecut design that is not blended. Natural shaping intersections, that in the past were eliminated, have been transformed into heel and toe contact points that provide a direct and more ergonomic way to grip the snow when additional control is needed.
A biax over biax lay–up that’s designed for park and street inspired all-mountain riding. Also creates a good platform for learning.
360° Fully Wrapped Sidewalls
Fully wrapped sidewall that eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability.
The 3° uprise fenders on select camber models help you roll into your turn smoother and with less fight. They reduce friction at the contact point without sacrificing edge-hold, so you are less likely to catch an edge.
