Warmth Rating
PeakFill™ Active
PeakFill™ Active Insulation is Stio's breathable synthetic insulation designed for high-output mountain activities where staying comfortable is just as important as staying warm. It provides lightweight, reliable warmth while allowing excess heat and moisture to escape, helping prevent overheating during climbs, hikes, or fast-paced days on the mountain. Unlike traditional insulation that prioritizes maximum heat retention, PeakFill™ Active Insulation is engineered to keep you warm while you're moving, making it an ideal choice for versatile layering in changing conditions.
Relance™ Primeflex™
Relance™ Primeflex™ is a lightweight performance fabric that combines a soft, comfortable feel with built-in mechanical stretch for unrestricted movement. Its durable microfiber construction offers excellent mobility without relying on elastane, while a PFAS-free DWR finish helps shed light moisture and speeds up drying. The result is a flexible, breathable fabric that's ideal for active mountain pursuits and all-day comfort.
