The warranty policy does state items damaged due to improper care or accident can be repaired for a reasonable rate. The Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical lifetime of the product. It will not transfer past original user and proof of purchase may be required if you submit a claim. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
