Product Info
The Burton Smalls replaces the Process Smalls starting in the 23/24 season line up, getting its own graphic as opposed to borrowing the Process graphic. And this makes sense since there are differences between the standard Process and the Smalls. Other than the graphic this board is the same as the previous version, true twin, Filet-O-Flex, extruded base, and the first board in the line to get the Channel. The Smalls is the ideal board for the kiddo who still needs the smaller sizes, but their ability on the slopes is outpacing what an entry level kids board can handle.

True Twin
Both the nose and tail are mirrored from the center of the board in both shape and flex. A true twin allows you to experience the same ride in either direction. Ideal for freestyle minded riding and perfect for anyone, beginners included, to dial in riding switch for all mountain dominance.
Flat Top™ Rocker
A flat profile between the feet means stability, better balance, and continuous edge control. The tip and tail kick up with an early rise outside the feet for the catch-free, loose feeling you’d expect from rocker.
Skill Level
The beginner+ or better grom who demands more out of their board. A rider looking to further improve their ability and journey in snowboarding.
Flex Rating
On the softer side of medium. Very easy and less punishing, yet still capable of getting it done.
Extruded Base
Durable and easy to repair with all the glide you needed to go have fun. Requires little in the way of maintenance, but the more you wax the better you will slide.
Super Fly® 800g Core
An FSC™ Certified dual-species wood core that is loaded with pop and alternates between hard and soft woods to reduce overall weight without limiting performance.
Dualzone EGD™
Engineered wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges on two continuous zones perpendicular to the core for more edge-hold, response, and strength.
Filet-O-Flex
A unique core profiling that allows Burton to dial in the ideal flex patterns for smaller boards while maintaining performance for smaller riders who need a board that can rip.
Biax™ Fiberglass
The glass strands are weaved together in two directions at 90 degrees to each other. In a snowboard, biaxial fiberglass delivers soft and consistent torsional and longitudinal flex that is smooth and buttery.
Super Sap® Epoxy
Epoxies and resins are often petroleum-based, which is why Burton partnered with Entropy Resins on Super Sap®, a resin formulated with bio-based materials that reduce its carbon footprint by 50% over conventional all-petroleum based epoxies.
