Keep things safe and comfortable with the Oakley MOD3 Helmet. Light weight yet durable  the MOD3 uses a poly carbonite in-mold construction. Ample and adjustable ventilation lets you adjust to changing weather conditions and a front vent keeps air moving through your goggles for a fog free fit. Magnetic fidlock chin bukcle and BOA® fit adjustment system offer an easy to adjust fit.

Technical Features 

MIPS® Equipped

The Mips® safety system features a low-friction layer inside the helmet, generally between the padding and the EPS foam protective layer, that allows a multi-directional movement of 10-15mm on certain angled impacts, intended to help reduce rotational force to the head.

BOA® Fit System

The micro-adjustable BOA® Fit System provides fast, micro-adjustability for a customized and fine-tuned fit.

Adjustable Ventilation

Located at the top of the helmet vents can be quickly opened and closed depending on the wearers needs.

FIDLOCK® Buckle

Seamless magnetic functionality lets you fasten your helmet with gloves on.

In-Mold Construction

Oakley’s lightest construction method, using a thin polycarbonate (PC) shell applied over an EPS foam liner. In-mold creates a low profile and lightweight design. When ounces count go in-mold.

No Pressure Ear Cup

Unlike traditional ear pads, Oakley's design puts zero pressure on your ears allowing for more comfort and better hearing. Removable design allows for wearing the strap over or under the helmet.
