Arc’teryx items covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of an authorized Arc’teryx Customer Service representative for the practical product lifetime. The Practical Product Lifetime does not mean that a product is covered for your lifetime. Factors such as use, exposure and neglect are reasons in which Arc’teryx products would not be covered under their warranty.
