The Limited Lifetime Warranty states items original to their materials and workmanship are covered by the policy. Products that have been altered, modified, abused, misused, neglected or beyond normal wear and tear are not covered. Products that meet the warranty guidelines should be sent back to Mountain Hardwear for evaluation for possible repair or replacement. The warranty policy does state items damaged due to improper care or accident can be repaired for a reasonable rate. The Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical lifetime of the product. It will not transfer past original user and proof of purchase may be required if you submit a claim. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
