Coming in at a softer flex for those riders who are still working on the basics, but want a board that can take them to the next level. The Evader is built on a directional platform which is ideal for carving and softer snow. Next Rossi adds their camrock profile called Amptek Auto-Turn that combines camber between the feet and rocker out to the contact points. This allows for a more forgiving entry into your turn while giving you edge hold once you are locked into your turn. The Rossignol Evader comes with a low maintenance extruded base so you can focus on perfecting your turns and having fun on the slopes. 

Technical Features

Directional

Directional shape is the classic snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while providing plenty of float in powder. A softer nose allows for a smoother roll into your carve, while a stiffer waist and tail provides better control through the turn and a stronger finish.

Amptek Auto-Turn

The response of camber with the float of rocker. The camber between the feet keeps your contact points on the ground allowing for better edge hold. Compressing the camber will accentuate the rocker by lifting the contact points allowing a more catch free turn and better float in the Pow.

Wood Core

Features a single type of wood vertically laminated wrapped in a cross-weave fiberglass to give you durability and comfort without breaking the bank.

ABS Sidewalls

Provides enhanced durability while keeping the core safe from moisture.
