Sometimes when snowboarders grow up they have little groms of their own and their one big wish is that their kids love snowboarding as much as they do. Well, if that is you then the Burton Riglet is a great place to start. Designed to help build comfort and confidence standing sideways. This snowboard is meant to drag your kiddos across the carpet or grass to start and then on to snow with the help of the built in Riglet Reel. Maybe start with them sitting on the board and working their way up to standing. Though you can put bindings on the Riglet, it is not a real snowboard. There are no metal edges for grip, so be wary about the conditions and situation before letting your kiddos run loose. 

***This board is not recommended for riding at resorts, on hardpack, or icy conditions. Please consult your resort before riding the Riglet Board on their trails. Do not tune or wax this board. Tuning or waxing can cause permanent damage.***

Technical Features

Twin Shape

Both the nose and tail are mirrored from the center of the board in both shape and flex. A true twin allows you to experience the same ride in either direction. Ideal for beginners who haven’t decided which foot to point down the mountain yet, and to dial in riding switch for all mountain dominance. 

Flat Top™

A flat profile between the feet means stability, better balance, and continuous edge control. The tip and tail kick up with an early rise outside the feet for the catch-free, loose feeling you’d expect from rocker. 

Flex Rating

For the easiest and most forgiving experience, Burton has rated this board as a 1 out of 10 flex. The soft flex allows for as catch-free ride as possible. Especially, for the little ones who don’t  

Easy Bevel
