Burton Ritual LTD BOA Snowboard Boots - Women's by Burton
Product Info
The Ritual LTD BOA® is the first boot in the Burton women's line with the Imprint 3 liner which has, you guessed it, 3 layers of foam in key areas. This allows for Burton to build the Imprint 3 with greater detail in the shape and contour of the liner. It also provides improved heat molding capabilities for superior custom fit. We do recommend that you have this done by a boot fitter if needed, but we do find that this liner will mold exceptionally well on its own as you break it in naturally. The Imprint 3 liner has the narrowest heel pocket in Burton’s lineup for those who can never seem to eliminate heel lift. The Ritual LTD BOA® does come a little stiffer in the shell and liner than the Limelight, but does have an articulated cuff that allows for a smoother flex pattern and keeps if from being as stiff as the Felix. Overall the Ritual LTD BOA® is ideal for the intermediate to advanced rider who is more comfort and less performance focused, but still needs a boot that can hold its own when you want to push things a bit.

We Recommend This For

Skill Level
Medium-stiff flexing boots provide even more control and confidence all over the mountain.
Flex
Medium-flexing boots allow for more control, which provides a more precise feel. GripLITE backstay snugs up the fit between the boot and hi-back for direct energy transfer and reduced rider fatigue, 1:1 soft flex PowerUp tongue creates a snug fit between boot and tongue, eliminating the need to readjust while you ride
Dual Zone BOA w/ Coiler
Dual-Zone BOA® Fit System featuring Coiler™ technology features two independent lacing zones that can be simultaneously adjusted with the twist of a dial for a custom fit in both the upper and lower portions of the boot, New England Ropes use American-made fibers and are virtually indestructible, won't kink, and are easy to re-lace.
Imprint™ 3 Liner
Focus cuff boosts heel hold by hugging the ankle, riding slightly higher for increased response, Plush cuff 1.0 tightly hugs your calf with a combination of medial and lateral neoprene stretch zones and a super soft, fur lining for additional warmth and comfort, Imprint 3 liner has a hook-and-loop closure system with an inner lace lock for a snug fit and lightweight power panels for added response, DRYRIDE Heat Cycle lining captures, radiates, and reflects body heat inward to keep feet warmer while also wicking away heat-robbing moisture.
Cushioning
B3 gel cushioning provides maximum damping, doesn't harden in cold temperatures, and withstands repeated impact without breaking down.
Underfoot Sleeping Bag Reflective Foil
A low-profile and lightweight underfoot shield reflects heat back up to the feet. Great for cold conditions and improved comfort.
DynoBITE Outsole
DynoBITE outsole features strategically placed rubber patches for extra traction and durability at the forefoot and heel while also providing lightweight cushioning, EST® optimized midsole lowers your center of gravity and improves board feel without sacrificing comfort.
Fitting Your Boots
– To properly assess the fit of any boot you must lace or buckle it completely. The boot will feel small until you do this because your toes will be pushed to the front until laced or buckled. Also, keep in mind all boot liners stretch out and get bigger.
– First, lace or buckle the boot loosely. Next, flex into the boot to drive your heel into the heel pocket. Doing this makes room for your toes. Lastly, finish lacing or buckling the boot in a flexed position.
– Be sure to wear the boots for at least 10 minutes fully laced or buckled before making a determination. Remember these boots are not made for walking, keep your knees slightly bent and flexed forward into riding position. When doing this your heels should be pushed into the back of the boot and your toes should be comfortable.
– You should wear the thinnest sock you are comfortable with. Blood flow is the number one thing that keeps your feet warm. Adding more material around your feet with thicker socks increases the chances of reducing blood flow.
– To help your foot sit properly in your boot, you may consider an aftermarket footbed like Superfeet® or Sidas®. A footbed with arch support, not just cushion, helps align your foot in the shell and alleviates pressure points. Footbeds should be sized to your arch height and length, not your shoe size.
– Spend some time choosing your boots, they are the most important piece of your gear!
