The refreshed Völkl Kendo 88 has a lot of buzz to live up to, and is well built to deliver all that and more! The Kendo 88 has built a following and for all the right reasons, so Völkl knew they had to put their best designs into it. With an 88mm under the boot, the Völkl Kendo delivers impressive carving performance thanks to the wider tip to waist ratio creating three different radii in the sidecut. These creates that classic Volkl powerful feel, enables precise power transmission, uncompromising liveliness, and optimum turning behavior such as never before experienced with 2 sheets of metal. The Kendo 88 features a Titanal Tailored Frame and carbon tips, helping to keep the weight down while providing more stability and impressive damping. As a result the ski offers an extremely lively yet smooth ride, even at high speeds. A multilayer wood core framed by full sidewalls and with a P-Tex 2100 base rounds off the premium construction. Hardwood in the center and slotted wood on the sides. This results in a light, more agile ski that’s super sporty and fast.

Tailored Carbon Tips

A new level of precision, Volkl embroiders the carbon fibers onto a carrier material and places them exactly over the stress lines. Fibers are directed to the areas of the ski where they’re needed.
