Lib Tech Dynamo Snowboard - Men's by Lib Tech
Product Info
There have always been shifts and trends in snowboarding and the last few years we have seen a return of camber as well as directional shapes...enter the Lib Tech Dynamo. A medium/stiff flexing board that is ideal for all-mountain carving and powder slashing, the Dynamo is best suited for the solid intermediate to advanced rider who wants a capable all-terrain board. The camber dominant C3 profile adds just a touch of rocker between the feet that not only makes it easier to flex into a turn, it increases edge hold between the feet throughout the turn for superior edge-hold. The TNT (Titanium Nano Technology) base from Lib uses unique materials and process that help keep the base closer to snow temps to help reduce friction which is what causes you to slow down. To top things off the Tri-Ax/Bi-Ax fiberglass layup provides the pop and power you need to get off the ground and boost out of turns, but the torsional flex you want to adjust your edges throughout your carve by ankle steering. Whether you digging trenches or pow slashing the Lib tech Dynamo has got you covered. *Artist - Mike Parillo (@mikeparillo)

Directional
Directional shape is the classic snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while providing plenty of float in powder. A softer nose allows for a smoother roll into your carve, while a stiffer waist and tail provides better control through the turn and a stronger finish.
C3 Camber
Built with traditional contact points, C3 is the closest you'll get to real camber with the addition of rocker. The board bows up off the ground between the contacts points, but also has a mild amount of rocker between the feet. This allows for increased edge contact between the feet throughout your turn.
Skill Level
The intermediate+ or better rider looking for a powerful directional pow and groomer slayer.
Flex Rating
The Dynamo is on the stiffer side, but not so stiff that it leaves you feeling like there’s a 2x4 underfoot. Thanks to the small flat section between the feet, the board is still friendly for all day riding, but powerful enough to really get after it when you want/need.
Eco-Sublimated TNT Base
TNT = Titanium Nano Technology, features a unique dual-layer thermal fusion “phase alteration” process which aligns the molecular chains into an engineered crystalline structure. The titanium layer reflects light and heat keeping the base at or near snow temperatures. The crystal layer is the fastest base material without wax making it a very consistent sliding surface in a wide variety of conditions and wax wear lifecycles. Wax to conditions as normal… board will remain fast even as wax wears.
Magne-Traction® Edges
Strategically located and sized edge serrations provide unreal edge hold and control in all conditions. Allowing you to lay down your edge confidently on the iciest days.
Original Power [OP] Construction Core
An FSC certified 75% Aspen / 25% Paulownia wood core built to be light and tough with pop and power. The sidewalls are layered with internal end grain birch and the external is wrapped in UHMW polyethylene. The birch is there to improve edge hold and stability, while the UHMW polyethylene dampens vibration and protects from impacts. Uniquely Lib Tech also adds a healthy dose of UHMW polyethylene to the tip & tail for impact deflection. This makes repairs easier and significantly reduces the chance of damaging the core when the unfortunate happens.
Tri-Ax / Bi-Ax Glass
A combination of Tri-Ax and Bi-Ax glass allows for flex where you want it, but stability, strength, and pop when you need it.
