The Jones Twin Sister is the women’s equivalent to the Mountain Twin and is the benchmark for the all-mountain twin. What makes the Twin Sister standout is the design and tech that goes into it. Blending camber and rocker the way it should be done from the start, adding mild but useful Traction Tech, with a 3D contoured base all make this board friendly and capable in any condition allowing you to take your favorite tricks out of the park to anywhere on the mountain. A smooth and consistent flex, a fast sintered base, and a top-notch factory tune round out the Jones Twin Sister for your all-mountain freestyle utility ride.

Technical Features

Directional Twin

Take a twin board and a directional flexing board then put them together. The same shape whether you’re riding regular/goofy or switch, but with a flex that progressively stiffens from the nose to the tail. One of the great all-mountain shapes.

Cam-Rock

An evolution of a traditional camber shape, this cam-rock profile features subtle flat zones just outside your feet to amplify pop and add playfulness to the snap and response of camber. Early rise tip and tail sections spin and float with a catch-free feel.

Flex Rating

The Twin Sister is on the stiffer side of medium rated with a 6/10 flex. This flex rate allows for a very capable board without being too punishing.

3D Contour Base 2.0

Moderate 3D Contour Base featuring an even balance of 4mm spoon bevel in the nose and 4mm spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts at the rocker point.

Control Core

Dual-density full premium wood core featuring a 2:1 paulownia to poplar stringer ratio that keeps core light but ultra damp.

Biax Fiberglass

A dual-direction, dual-layer, stitched fiberglass laminate that provides a fun, forgiving and snappy ride.

Sintered 8000 Base

New super durable material made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon. Base is easily repairable, highly wax absorbent and wicked fast.

Flip-Flop Base Graphic

Producing two or more base color options minimizes p-tex waste. Order may be filled with either color. Color does not vary by size.

WEND Natural Wax

Jones boards are ready to shred straight out of the shop and are factory waxed with WEND natural wax.

Oversized Recycled Edges

All Jones boards are made with oversized recycled steel edges for added durability and improved production sustainability.

Recycled ABS Sidewalls

ABS Plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. We improve the sustainability of our snowboards by using only recycled plastic.

Forever Flex

Forever Flex is a new manufacturing process that helps stabilize the flex and rocker of a board for its lifetime.

Factory Tuned

All Jones Snowboards are factory de-tuned at the tip and tail so you can go right from the shop to the mountain.

ECO-Plastic Topsheet

Bio-plastic topsheet made from Castor beans. This eco-material is ultralight, chip/scratch resistant and water/snow repellent (snow sticks less to topsheet).
