All Hootie Hoo products have a one (1) year warranty against defects and workmanship errors from the manufacturer. A sales receipt with date of purchase provided from Hootie Hoo website or authorized dealer is required in order to make a claim. Factors such as normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, cosmetic issues, unintentional damage, any and all modifications made after purchase are reasons why an item would not be covered under warranty. Warranty claims can only be made by original purchaser and are void if item is purchased from another person or an unauthorized dealer.
