Fresh off the presses is the new Rustler 9, and it may be skinny but it packs a personality that you’re going to love. Being the little brother is a positive for the Rustler 9. The 96 mm waist has been the in-between shape for doing everything great, and the Rustler 9 takes full advantage of it. Added Carbon Flipcore D.R.T. Technology and a 131mm tipped progressive sidecut shape, it doesn’t matter what size you get, it going to work on the groomers, in the trees and powder when you can get it. Added perimeter reinforcements to the edge, it will give you the feel you are looking for on the groomers and energy to punch thru the cruddiest of conditions. Still playful and powerful in a progressive sidecut, the Rustler 9 is ready to rock on either coast.

Carbon Flipcore DRT (Dynamic Release System)
Blizzard's Dynamic Release Technology utilizes a specially shaped Titanal component that is full width under the boot but tapers toward the tip and tail of the ski, to increase the ski's playfulness without the weight penalty and without sacrificing stability. Combined with unidirectional carbon fiber in the tip and tail, longitudinal stability is retained while torsional rigidity is lessened for a more playful and less hooky feel.
Sandwich Compound Sidewall
All Blizzard skis with the exception of some junior skis are built with ABS or Phenol sidewalls for superior performance (stability, power transmission, handling) and durability.
