Is your little one ready to start standing sideways, but is a little too big for the Riglet® Reel Board? Maybe they are graduating from the Riglet® and moving to some real metal edges! Regardless of the situation, the Mini Grom Snowboard is ready to hit the slopes! Like the Riglet®, the Mini Grom is designed to help build comfort and confidence standing sideways. However, this snowboard is a fully built snowboard with metal edges and is ready for the lift! A true twin so your kiddo can work out which stance they prefer. Plus, with its extruded base, you don't have to spend all your time waxing it. The Burton Mini Grom does use Burton's 3D hole pattern, so if you are going to use non-Burton bindings, you will want to make sure it is compatible. If you are unsure of your binding compatibility, feel free to reach out to us.

Technical Features

Twin Shape

Both the nose and tail are mirrored from the center of the board in both shape and flex. A true twin allows you to experience the same ride in either direction. Ideal for beginners who haven’t decided which foot to point down the mountain yet, and to dial in riding switch for all mountain dominance. 

Flat Top™

A flat profile between the feet means stability, better balance, and continuous edge control. The tip and tail kick up with an early rise outside the feet for the catch-free, loose feeling you’d expect from rocker. 

Flex Rating

For the easiest and most forgiving experience, Burton has rated this board as a 2 out of 10 flex. The soft flex allows for as catch-free ride as possible.

Easy Bevel

Easy Bevel gives riders an incredibly soft and forgiving board that’s virtually impossible to catch an edge on. With a convex base that lifts the edges off the snow and a super soft flex, these boards make it easy to learn balance and board control.

Extruded Base

Durable and easy to repair with all the glide you needed to go have fun. Requires little in the way of maintenance, but the more you wax the better you will slide.

Fly Core®

Built with a Biax™ Fiberglass layup this classic tip-to-tail wood core lightens the load without sacrificing flex, pop, or strength.
