The Emerge MIPS helmet is constructed with Giro s refined design, and evolved protection in the new MIPS Spherical system. This system helps protect the brain from rotational energy by allowing up to 10-15 mm of relative motion between the helmet and head during the first milliseconds of an impact. This helmet provides optimal safety, with the D2™ Construction. This system pairs two densities of EPP foam to manage both high and low-energy impacts.
