Voile Tourlight XL Probe - 260 cm

Description

The Tourlight XL Probe is a lightweight full size avalanche rescue probe. Unlike many lightweight probes, the Tourlight XL is a full size probe at 2.6m.

Like Voile's workhorse, the Tourlight Probe, it is one the easiest and fastest to assemble. It assembles in seconds by pulling the lead inner tube attached to a coated stainless steel cable. It locks into place with a simple, strong pop-button.

Stainless steel cable has adjustment knob to adjust cable tension if probe is loose when assembled. Includes nylon storage bag with strap loops to strap probe to shovel handle.

7 sections, 2.6m/8'6", 8 oz./.023kg, 7075-T6 aluminum material.

Tech Tip: Combine the lightweight Tourlight XL Probe with the super light XLM shovel for one of the lightest avalanche rescue systems available. Compared to some shovel and probe combos, you will have the advantage of a full size 2.6m/8'6" length probe with our system. The XL probe can be fastened to the XLM shovel handle with 2 - 9" Voile straps. There are strap loops on the XL probe nylon storage bag.
