When new snow falls, grab Rossignol's Evo Glade Nordic skis and get out to enjoy the untracked wilderness or enjoy them in-area just as well. Designed for breaking trail(a little wider than traditional cross country skis) through variable snow conditions, the waxless Evo Glade Nordic Ski works best with a classic Nordic binding setup but is easily paired with the BC X2 boot as well. The wood/air core provides lightweight stability and Rossignol's Short Size makes the skis easier to handle in tight spots like glades. Rossignol's Short Size cuts the soft-flexing tip and tail off the ski leaving only the stiffer middle section. This gives you the same glide and easier handling, but less speed when heading downhill.

Perfect skis for when you really enjoy skiing in area but don't like the narrow classic skis. Great thing is not all areas groom as often as they should so here is a ski that works great for all kinds of options. Does not have metal edges so it's a little faster on the glide then any of the full metal edged skis so you get smoother skiing.
