The Glissade is the best glove available for hard, steep or intricate ice leads or hard ski days — especially if your buddy has just sandbagged you on the first pitch or freshies of the morning. With increased dexterity and finger flexibility due to knuckle hinges and a supple leather palm, the new Glissade offers pure freedom of movement when you’re running it out, placing a screw or rigging a hanging belay. Specifically proportioned for either women’s or men’s hands, the Glissade glove has been designed for wet, mid-temperature conditions. Sleek, trim and flexible, the Glissade combines a waterproof insert with a 100 g fleece lining, and provides great sensitivity, waterproofness and solid warmth when you’re climbing on the steep stuff. Temperature range: -18° to -7° C (0° to 20° F).
