Basic Shipping Policy
FREE Ground Shipping Within the Continental USA
Order Processing
All orders will be processed during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next normal business day. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Shipment Notification
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification that will include the exact shipment method used, associated tracking numbers, and any additional shipping costs (for express shipments or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally).
Estimated Delivery Times
Free Ground Shipping within the continental USA: 4 to 8 business days
Express Shipping: 2 days or overnight as specified in your order
Alaska or Hawaii Shipping: 6 to 10 business days
Canada Shipping: 6 to 10 business days (unless delayed in customs)
Signature Upon Delivery
We do not require a signature upon delivery. Your shipment will be left at your door, and you accept full responsibility for any lost or stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, please be sure to check the appropriate box when placing your order. Please note that you will be charged an additional $3.00 for the required signature release.
Special Orders
We're happy to place special orders for you if we're currently out of your size, or if you see something online somewhere else and can't find it. Just give us a call and we'll call the company directly and try to locate it for you at no additional cost. Special orders are returnable through December 31st with a 15% restocking fee and are not returnable after January 1st. Please call for a RA# before you send your item back.
Shipping Methods
Standard Ground Shipments Within the Continental USA
All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or FedEx standard ground shipping, depending on the size and value of the merchandise purchased. Standard ground shipping within the continental USA is FREE.
2-Day and Overnight Express Shipments
We currently offer 2-day and overnight express shipping via FedEx for an additional charge. Please call us toll-free at 1-800-800-1953 to arrange express shipping. Orders must be received by 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, for same day shipment. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next normal business day. Please note that Fed Ex does not deliver on holidays and will deliver only to residential addresses on Saturdays.
You will be charged the actual shipping cost, which will be based on the shipment’s size and weight. Please remember that many items, such as skis and snowboards, are considered oversize and will incur additional charges. If you wish, we can give you a shipping price quote when you call to arrange express shipping.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge. These types of shipments will be sent via FedEx. Please call us toll-free at 1-800-800-1953 or e-mail us at info@bergsskishop.com to arrange these types of shipments.
You will be charged the actual shipping cost, which will be based on the shipment’s size and weight. Please remember that many items, such as skis and snowboards, are considered oversize and will incur additional charges.
